Jeff Craig has over 38 years in the industry. Began his career in 1971 as an Avionics Technician earning a degree in Aircraft Electronics. Began servicing mainframes, super mini and mini computers for Federal and State organizations in 1977. Worked as an engineer for General Dynamics, Fort Worth, Texas before moving into data communications. He then earned a position as International Technical Support for one of the first world wide networks Tymshare/Tymnet that later became a division of Martin Merrietta. Jeff then moved onto being a branch manager and service division manager for other companies expanding their services that landed him in Austin, Texas in 1986 where is began a branch startup for a Houston based company that grew to several employees before branching out on his own in 1988 servicing mainframes and mini computers through 1999. As the market changed from mainframes, and the PC market grew Jeff understood the need to keep up with technology and sold off his business interests to become a System Administrator for a large title company. He took the title company from a mini computer environment through all the stages of workstation access points to today's more sophisticated server based farms, and virtual private networks to a large enterprise environment. Jeff built their first private networks on CISCO systems where he learned firsthand how to plan large networks, projects, CISCO IOS programming and work with various vendors as a client. This provided Jeff with an in depth knowledge of what both small and large business's are faced with in their daily routines, giving him a much better understanding than that of other vendors. This has enabled him to taylor agreements and services for companies and individuals to better meet their needs.
